These parts are examples for plastic injection molding, normally customers will provide their ID and engineering design, sometimes Siedery would support customers on 3D&2D drawings and engineering review, and then we would review on manufacturing by DFM and mold flow analysis before tooling kick off. After tooling, then we will provide samples, appearance inspection, dimensions report, functions test, etc to customers for approval.
